Since 1920

Transmark Fcx b.v. was created at the beginning of 2006 by the merger of Transmark Nederland and FCX Netherlands (in the market, still known to many under the old name, Ubel & Ventil), two established com--panies that had more than earned their spurs in the valve world. The foundation for this merger was laid in the summer of 2005, when the multinational company, Transmark International, acquired the distribution division of - FCX International. Viewed in terms of direct succession, Transmark Fcx has been active in the area of valves and other accessories since 1920.
